If you are looking for a tasty meal that is SUPER easy to make, then look no further than this Crockpot Mississippi Pork Roast. Throw the ingredients in the crockpot, and within a few hours, you are ready to eat!
Ingredients:
- 1 or 2 Pork Loin Roasts
- 2 (32 oz.) cartons of Beef Broth
- 2 Packets of Ranch Seasoning
- 2 Packets of Pork Gravy
- 1 Stick of Butter or Margarine
- Pepperoncinis (as many as your prefer) and a splash of the juice
Directions:
1 – Line your crockpot for easy cleanup. I like to use Reynolds Crockpot Liners.
2 – Pour in the first carton of beef broth, add in the 2 packets of ranch seasoning, and 2 packets of pork gravy into the crockpot.
3 – Whisk these ingredients together.
4 – Add your pork roast.
5 – Add in the stick of butter or margarine.
6 – Pour in the 2nd carton of beef broth.
7 – Add in pepperoncinis and a splash a the juice (add more for a bigger kick or less for a mild kick)
8 – Cook on high for 2.5-3 hours or on low for 4-6 hours (or until the pork reaches an internal temp of 165° F)
9 – Carefully remove the roast(s) and slice it (should be super tender)
