This simple 2 ingredient dessert makes for a simple and delicious treat!
Ingredients:
- Family Size Brownie Mix
- 1 Diet Coke Can (12 oz.)
Directions:
1 – In a large bowl, combine the Brownie Mix & Diet Coke.
2 – You will need to start whisking the ingredients together until fully mixed.
3 – Pour into a 9″x13″ greased pan.
4 – Place brownies into a 350° oven.
5 – See what the time is on the box and add 5-10 minutes to that time, to your preferred cook level (toothpick test should be clean)
6 – After the full time, remove the brownies and allow them to cool.
7 – Slice into 8 pieces, which are really big, and serve.
The consistency is somewhere between a brownie and a dense, yet slightly fluffy cake. YUM!
