Crockpot Dressing

Thanksgiving is a time for family and being grateful for all you have in your life.  I am thankful for my mom for so many reasons, but one of my favorites is her amazing cooking and baking skills!  I can hold my own, but her is almost always “better” than mine (my opinion & many others, too)!  Her food is always so good because she cooks from the heart, and because of that, you can almost taste the love she puts into every dish she makes! 

However, while this is usually a Thanksgiving side dish, we find that we will make some time for a basic turkey dinner throughout the year, with turkey, mashed potatoes & gravy, dressing, a veggie or two, and some rolls.  So, consider throwing an extra turkey that you find on sale this season into the freezer and save it for another time to enjoy some of your favorite Thanksgiving feast dishes!!!
